McDonald's - Châteauguay

The McDonald's staff here is the best in the world, especially when it comes to interacting with kids. They are truly appreciated.

This McDonald's was the worst. They charged me $5.37 for a small meal.

The restaurant was bustling, but the service was fast. The dining area was spotless. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

It’s been over a year and in that time there has not been 1 order that they have completed correctly. There are always mistakes in the order and the wait times are INSANE!

I wish they could get the orders right for takeout. Instead of pushing for faster service, they should slow down to confirm that everything that was ordered is in the bag before the customers leave. It often happens that there are no straws or no sauce for the nuggets or no napkins. I don't remember the last time I got everything I asked for. I now have to check in the bag each time to confirm it myself.
