Jac's And Grill - Chatfield

This place was a pleasant surprise in a small quaint town. The outside and patio area is pretty unassuming but clean. Patio area felt like I was in a friend's backyard. The food was excellent. The cheese curds were light and crisp (just not enough of them) and the ranch dressing was thick and tasty! I had the taco burger (basically a quesadilla with a burger in it with all taco fixings). It was delicious. I did get the sweet potato fries as my side and that was a let down. My friend got the blueberry bourbon burger with waffle fries. She said the burger was a perfect balance of sweet and savory and the fries were crispy. I would definitely visit again and next time get a different side.

Great place for lunch! All you can eat salad bar and soup for $8.99 is a win, win, win! Fresh Sconny cheese curds, deep fried and gooey. Excellent service and the cleanest restrooms in the state make Jac's THE PLACE to go in Chatfield.

Jac's is such a great find!!! Homemade at its best!! **** Mary mix, chili, Becky's beans, sauces and a chef who knows his seasonings! We love Bill behind the bar! Just good people! Highly recommend ????

Such a cute place, their fried pickles are really good and their special was amazing! Very good seating views too! Love it!

Overall, it was a good experience with good food. The service was good, but not exceptional. With the open design, it was a bit on the loud side, and this was during the lunch rush hour. Maybe if it had been outside of those hours the service would have been better, but it's during stressful times you get to see the true mettle. We would eat there again.
