Subway - Chattanooga

So .. I mentioned to the young lady that the bread looked awful hard, not to mention very dark.She replied, “No, it’s soft.”While making the sandwich she seemed irritated that I had commented on the bread.I got this sandwich to my office and unwrapped it. It’s a brick! This bread is a joke. It should have been thrown out.It’s not like the hospital doesn’t give enough business for them to provide fresh bread and decent customer service.I didn’t even get a “Thank you” when I paid over 10 dollars for this leathery tuna sandwich.Looks like that sign on the door is a joke.

I would give zero stars. On 11/17/22 around 4:25pm I visited this location because my husband had been in the hospital there for 3 days now. The female employee was working alone and it wasnt busy at all. I placed my order and as she started to put my vegetables on the sandwich she got to the tomatoes and before I could say anything she interrupted me stating I am not doing that, I said excuse me, I never had anyone ever say what they were NOT going to do to fix a sandwich. She go on to say you dnt have to take the sandwich and she preceded to place the sandwich to the side. Everyone in the store besides me was appalled by her actions. I just left the store without my sandwich. This was very disappointing when she didnt even give me a chance to say anything about the tomatoes. I was only going to ask for two tomatoes but instead got horrible service and totally embarrassed for no reason. I am a diabetic and had not eaten the whole time I was there at the hospital. I will contact her manager and the subway corporation. I eat at different subway locations in my city at least 3 times a week. Came back today 11/18/22 to get managers name and store number and low and behold the manager is the person who treated me with disrespect. I asked her for the store number and she called the hospital security on me because she didnt want to face me again. She still refused to give me the store number but gave the hospital security a bogus number for the district store manager. Wooow

The two sisters that run this place are super cringey.

If I could give zero stars I would! My Mom has been in the hospital for the past 3 weeks. I’ve been here 4 times and ALL of the employees I’ve encountered have been rude. You don’t even get acknowledged when you walk in and the vegetables are old and mushy. The employees act like you are bothering them when they are doing their job.You are better off just using Door Dash. I won’t get anything from here again.

Would give no stars if I could. All the employees are horrible and rude!!!! My mom was in the hospital and this is the only choice if you want something to eat in the evening. I ate here 3 nights in a row. Every night my subs were horribly thrown together and tasted even worse. The last night I ate a steak sub and 2 hours later I was throwing up and had diarrhea for 2 days!! Don’t eat here if you don’t have to, because I know I never will!!!!
