Mcdonald's Restaurants - Chelmsford

Nice eating and ice, great location. the prices are somewhat steep, means that it is a unique pleasure instead of a regular feeding place. personal friendly, well organized.

Food was hot an tasty. Served with a smile and by happy staff. Wasn't too busy so managed to get an area to myself. Ordering via the app made it fast and easy to get Food

Sometimes I park at the BP station next to this McDonald's. It’s typically quite busy, but I like to use the self-service kiosks, which are really fast. I appreciate the table service too, as it allows me to sit down without waiting in line. The meals are just as good as you'd expect from any McDonald's. On this particular day, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the milkshake machine was working, so I treated myself to a delicious milkshake. Overall, it was a lovely experience at this restaurant.

The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. All three ladies we encountered seemed genuinely happy to be doing their jobs. Two of them greeted me with a "hello," and one even asked if I needed anything else. The woman who brought my drinks to the table had a lovely demeanor about her.

This is a nice, clean restaurant where the food is served fresh and relatively quickly. However, like many McDonald's, they sometimes forget to include sauces with items like the cheeseburgers, especially when it's busy. But this is more of a drive-thru issue. Overall, the interior is very pleasant!
