Pizza Hut - Cheney

I've generally had good experiences with delivery when ordering online, but tonight I called to place a carryout order and the person who answered the phone seemed really out of it. Their responses were slow, and there was a clear lack of communication. I think I'll just head to Taco Bell tonight, where they seem to manage their substances a bit better and can still handle their jobs effectively.

The food is great, but I had to wait over two hours for it, and I live just down the street. I'm still waiting!

The order was incomplete, and the food was at best lukewarm. When I called to address the issue, the employee made a rude comment, mistakenly thinking I was on hold. I was then transferred and hung up on. When I called back, I was placed on hold again. The only time I experienced decent service was while placing the order. I spent over $49, and I am very disappointed with the overall experience.

I ordered a pizza and when it got here it looked like someone shook it or something.
