Duck Donuts - Chesapeake

Chance made me the best iced coffee I've ever had. Was busy for Father's day but didn't not wait long at all. They were working their buttons off in there. All 5 star employees

Horrible experience. The worker messed up my order and then stated she was going to fix my order which I had no problem and she told me I could have the donuts that she had messed up on. She later stated it was corporate policy and I’d have to pay for the donuts she messed up on and then took two donuts out of my box due to the fact that she messed up because she had stated I had to pay for the donuts as she is only allowed to replace one but she messed up two donuts. As one was a just coconut donuts and the other was a lemon raspberry but she had made a lemon raspberry and coconut donut all in one. I then watched her throw the donuts that she messed up on in the trash. In this instance she should’ve gave the customer the donuts especially since she messed the order up and then the customer had to wait almost 10 minutes for the mistake to corrected. Even when she initially stated that I could have the messed up donuts. I will not return to this location if this is how a business treats their customers. Especially since I had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to fix the donuts that they initially messed up. It would be one thing if the employee didn’t state that I could initially have the donuts because it’s understandable that people make mistakes but this one has cost them a returning customer as I will not be returning because I cannot support a business like this. And with all the waiting my once hot donuts were cold after waiting for the two donuts to be replaced.

Quite honestly the best donuts I've had in my life. The donuts are made to order so you will be walking out with warm and fantastic tasting donuts. I'm not exaggerating when I said they are the best donuts I've ever had. Give this a try!

First time at Duck Donut reminded me of the first time at Krispy Kreme, melt in your mouth hot out of the fryer decadence. I chose a maple bacon with hot fudge drizzle. It was neat to be able to select my own flavor combinations and toppings. Only reasons for a four star is only one cake choice, looks like they could easily as a second deposited with chocolate cake. And it would have been nice to have a fork to eat it with. When I picked up the donut it kind of fell all apart. We were in the car so I had to be very careful and lick all my fingers before finding a place to wash my hands. Regardless it was delish!

I came in there 20mins b4 close and they were able to fulfill my order. it was my first time there and they explained to me the different flavors and the prices. very friendly and and accommodating. They did a great job
