Me and my friends went up here for lunch cause the last time I went the food and service was amazing, however, our experience this time was not as good. My chicken katsu was really good, but my three friends had either really bland or just bad food for the high prices. The ramen broth just tasted like water, the sushi had brown stuff on it and was mainly just rice, and the chicken wings were sour. The drinks were really good though.

The ramen is extremely bland, the shrimp tempura is literally all batter and no shrimp, the garlic chicken is literally disgusting, the volcano roll is like a POUND of rice in each roll- this is the worst place I’ve l ever been to. The California roll also had no cucumber?? The milk teas were good though.

The food is horrible! I spent so much for foodI ended up throwing in the trash. Sushi was gross and looked old. My daughter's California roll hardly had any crab and the avocado was brown. The beef fried rice had an old meat smell to it and had shrimp in it which was not in the description on the DoorDash menu. I really wish I could get atleast half my money back. And now my daughter is complaining of a stomach ache do not eat here.

This review is for the Virginia Beach Ferrell Parkway location. Had the Garden Poke Teriyaki Shrimp for take out. 1st time in here, restaurants very clean and nice looking. 1 young guy taking order and running register, another older gentleman there as well.Everything was perfect. Packaging very nice, napkins, all sauces, utensils, asked if we needed chop sticks.Now that may seem like a givin but these days I'd say that's pretty amazing and for me impressive.Food was excellent ? I was so ecstatic that I just had to call them to tell them how I felt. Well I guess that's a seldom experience for them as well because it was the younger fellow that answered the phone and he automatically came off sounding defensive expecting something with the order was wrong. ? ?Of course I told him it was excellent.

If I could leave no stars I would. I just went here for the first time and all was going well until it wasn't. I ordered a chicken ramen bowl, trying something new, I was about 1/4 way into eating the bowl when I dug to to bottom of it trying to pull the seaweed up and mix everything together and pulled a very long black hair out of the bottom of the ramen all tangled up in the noodles and the other stuff in the ramen. When I approached the ladies working there, they told me they couldn't do anything about it because their boss wasn't there. Just very disappointed and disgusted with my experience there this evening.
