Eating was amazing, and the staff very attentive, without being intrusive. in any case recommend. they pamper and have the ribs and wings!

First visit will definitely be back. A gorgeous pub with a really genuine, warm, authentic feel (including a proper roaring fire . The food stole the show though. Our group had a burger, Thai beef curry and steak ale pie. They were all fantastic, with generous portions and very reasonable prices. There are signs telling you to order at the bar, but we didn’t get chance, as the superb front of house team beat us to it. I’ve had worse service in much more expensive places! Can’t wait to come back.

Love this place. Food great and staff are fab. Had a long wait for food last night which was slightly annoying. But will always return.

Fantastic overnight stay at this busy pub! Lovely clean room with generous bathroom. Very tasty Sunday roast with the biggest yorkie puds I've seen! Breakfast was lovely too, all staff were helpful and polite! Thank you for a great time.

Very busy when we arrived mid afternoon on the Sunday, however, made very welcome and quickly guided to a table. The Sunday roast and cheerful staff made for a great afternoon.
