Whoever was on the drive thru between 9:15pm and 9:30pm needs a serious talking to. We went through the drive thru, ordered half our meal and wasn’t even given a split second to finish when we were told to drive to the next window. We asked to finish our order but was insisted to drive through so that he could finish our order at the window. To which we were greeted by a young boy, would say mid 20s, with a horrible attitude, and had no intention in apologising after what he pulled when taking our order, after payment and us now waiting to reach the next window, the employee then processed to sigh, huff and puff whilst we were sat right at his window. Staffing has really gone down hill especially for front of house from our last visit, it was like pulling teeth as we had to repeat multiple times that we wanted a Tropicana with our breakfast meal and the girl just didn’t seem like she was listening at all as she kept saying “what?” food is mainly good for the most part. But I believe some serious chats are needed, despite only being a McDonald’s, this shouldn’t be the excuse to be given bad service. Very disappointed.
I will never buy food from McDonald's at Retail Oark in Chester again. Today after 5pm I bought a double big mac with becon( meal), when I got home I found out I had a double quarter pounder with cheese! Unfortunately, I didn't get a receipt. This is not the first time that bad food has been served, eternal chaos. For the first time I trusted and did not check my order.People who work there should be properly trained to avoid such mistakes.
It was the grandchildren’s choice for a sit in McDonalds meal after a long day at the zoo. Our 14 year old had the skills to order everything on line and we had a mixture of a happy meal, Big Mac, chicken nuggets, McSpicy and McCrispy. Followed by a McFlurry of course. Parking was easy staff were polite toilets need checking on more regularly.
24 hours 7 days a week Which is why at 2150 the drive thru had bollards in front of its entrance. Oh and the front door appeared to be locked. I stood there unable to enter. Eventually someone let me in. As I had already placed paid for my order, I was definitely nay, defiantly not going to go home without my order. And when I opened my tepid order? 5 nuggets instead of the 6 the box boasted it could hold. Soggy fries. Useless eco friendly paper straw. What a waste of my cash and my time. Avoid. It’s gone downhill since the ugly and uncomfortable restaurant refit.
They always forget the dips and sauce on delivery meals. My last order they somehow delivered a burger instead of chicken selects and forgot other items- this then leaves me to deal with upset children. The consistency is awful and the staff clearly do not read the order with any reasonable care or skill.
