Spud-u-like - Cheshire West and Chester

Don't bother going the place was dirty, the staff were rude, the pototoes were small and the tuna and chilli fillings were both dry. Also the drinks were expensive. Worst food outlet I have been for along time.

Would never visit again!! Dirty smell and rude staff!!! Avoid!!! Don’t bother with head office! They haven’t really got one, and don’t know what they’re talking about, plus they don’t have a complaint department!

I had the chili con carne spud with cheese, add an extra £2odd for 2 tiny pieces of garlic bread and a 7up drink. Total was £10.50 for a spud really? Although it filled me,I wasn't impressed at the price or the quality. I've had better garlic baguettes form the supermarket for quid. Sorry but I wouldn't return..not even if the food was heated more.

I am not normally one to write reviews, however this time I felt it is required. Ordered two meal deals and assumed the price was £5.49 each deal, however at the till turned out to be over £17 for 2 jackets with a drink and garlic bread! I questioned the amount with the server, however it was his colleague who pointed out the correct price. I simply made a comment that it's not clear from first glance what the total price is as I assumed it to be the cheaper, as is stated on the offer next to this one on the menu board. A lady in the background overheard the conversation and with a complete attitude decided to interfere in the conversation. Further discussion was had and I have to say I have never had anyone speak to me like that,and what is even more shocking is the lady turned out to be the manager. It's safe to say I will not be returning and have lodged a complaint with their head office.

Staff were appalling none of them new what to do , food tasted like plastic , very overpriced for a jacket potato £25 for 3 of us wouldn’t recommend if near the area
