7-eleven - Chester

This store really is the worst! Don’t bother stopping because they are probably out! I’ve literally left the store more times with nothing, than I have with product. You offer one hot food item, why are they never EVER available?

The staff have always gone above and beyond to make me feel like a welcome customer here...even during busy times. And, it seems that no matter who has been working there or is still working there, I get excellent service.

I was disappointed to spend five dollars on a flimsy mask that fell apart as soon as I opened it. I felt like I wasted money on something I could have easily obtained for free. It's absurd that during a pandemic, the restaurant is requiring customers to pay for masks. I refused to spend another ten dollars, so my friend had to wait outside and reuse the mask I purchased.

I have been visiting this specific 7-11 for 15 years and I cannot remember any severely obese women working there during that time (maybe because I am considered severely obese according to California standards myself). I have never had any issues with the service or the appearance of the store, and the products are typical for a 7-11. The store does not have a restroom for the public, but there is a McDonald's located two buildings down on the same side of the street.

The server attending to me was not helpful, while another employee was observed using inappropriate language while talking to a vendor delivering milk.
