When I took it home, the flavor was off, and I later realized that the 'best by' date had passed. The store was very accommodating in resolving the issue. Thank you to everyone!
I noticed a staff member at the restaurant touching a bagel, handling cash, and even touching his beard. When I asked about the use of gloves, I was told that they are not required. However, at Dunkin Donuts, employees do wear gloves. Why isn't the same standard applied here? This is really off-putting.
After waiting for 10 minutes, I decided to time how long it would take to get my drink. Even though there were four staff members around, none of them were assisting the one preparing the drinks—he was handling all the orders on his own, while the cashier seemed preoccupied and out of focus. By the time my drink finally arrived, I had waited a total of 16 minutes. Had I known it would take that long, I wouldn't have bothered coming in. I can tolerate a wait of about five minutes, but anything beyond ten feels excessive.
The restaurant was not open at 7:54 AM, even though it was listed as "open" on Google Maps. This is too late for a regular coffee shop on a weekday.
There were so many people coughing and spreading germs that I wouldn’t want to return.
