Mcdonald's - Cheyenne

This McDonald's is always the fastest and freshest with the most friendly service.

My kid loves McDonald's and at 15 he eats a lot. I like the strawberry pie they have right now. This location always has fresh hot fries too!

The only time I have problems in this place is between 1am-3am. No ice products available as machines are cleaned at midnight. Here's a thought. Clean at 5 o'clock when nobody ordered it! Stale down bungalow on QPC, drive by the staff seems out, forgotten napkins. All other days I have no complaints, but run with caution in the early morning hours or cross the way to TB because nothing else is open in this small town.

Used app for a free double cheeseburger with $2 purchase. I got the 6 piece nuggets plus a medium drink the total did not reflect the free cheese burger but i tried to use another coupon on app and it said i could not use it since i already, supposedly used my other cheese burger coupon. Really not happy with not being able to get the one thing I really wanted.

The drive through get our drink order wrong at least 50% of the time. We order a large sweet tea and a large unsweetened tea with our meals. Sometimes we just gets drinks. It doesn't effect 50% rating either way. At least 50% of the time we get two sweet teas. If using this facility taste your drinks before you leave.
