Tierra Roja - Chía

The best restaurant I've ever seen. World-class dishes, with excellent service. The attention to detail was different from any other restaurant we have ever visited. The atmosphere was very welcoming and elegant.

Tierra Roja is a restaurant I had seen for a place to have a nice meal in the Chia area. I'm not sure why I never really went, but last Friday I visited a friend for his birthday. At first I thought we had made a mistake because my friend did not eat pigs or shells – something that was shown prominently on the menu – but we found several things to order. We shared several tapas and shared one of the main dishes of the Entenpaella. I can only say I didn't expect such a lush meal. Everything was beautifully presented, hearty and a pleasure for the pallet. The chef welcomed us from the beginning and had many suggestions, he was clearly very proud of his restaurant and rightly. By far this is one of the best restaurants in the outskirts of Bogota and also for this matter Bogota. Kudos to Cesar and his staff for a wonderful gastronomic adventure. You have to visit.

Everything was like being on Spain; from the flavors to the secrecy of the location, given the magnitud of Bogota and its surroundings. The owner’s personal approach to explain every dish and preparation gives it a whole other sense. Great value!
