Beacon Tavern - Chicago

Love this place! beacon tavern has found on a laune and has seen good reviews for it so my friend and I decided to try it. offers interior and exterior seats. just me.

Came with my friend and some friends to brunch on a Sunday. they take now reservations! the first thing I noticed is that beacon tavern.

Nice place. romantic. casual. a kind of Parisain touch. I was expecting this place to be good, you know, you're just instinct. my friend and I stopped.

The food was great and I liked the upscale vibe of the restaurant. Will come here again next time for another date night!

Fishermans stew was disapointing, was expecting a soup/broth and it was only a salad with mushrooms and little if any broth. Redfish sandwich was small. Squash soup was watery and had no spice or seasoning. Waiter great and friendly. Managment here always great. Think it was an off night for the chef!
