Steamed bagels? Who would have thought that this is exactly what a bagel sandwich needs. They're just so juicy and filled with moisture. Especially as bagels are usually more dense, this works perfectly to be steamed. Amazing pick me up for the morning!

If you've ever been to Bagel Deli at Miami University in Ohio, it's pretty similar. They even have a Miami U flag hanging up, so I wonder if it was on purpose : Either way, the place is great. So many vegetarian options, and the flavor combinations they have on the menu are really interesting and delicious. Service can be kinda slow sometimes, so don't always expect a quick in and out on your lunch breaks.
