Had a fantastic time to eat here, but I feel like this place has to come with an operating instructions for firsttimer: does not really work like a normal restaurant – interactions with the waiting staff are so fast that they could miss it! first they try to get into the main door to tell the host the number of people and then just wait. they'll get you when they're ready. they need to know what they want to order before their waiter comes by and they are not very patient about asking. one of the table tops meat cookware is a lot of food for two people. for 3 people, maybe one of them and a nude dish. we ordered the bulgogi fleischentree and the japchae noodles. both were amazing! the table top meat dishes are equipped with a large number of sides. if they do not automatically serve them the “seed” to go with the meat, they ask. they will see it on other popular and it is so good! I think the best way to enjoy the meal is to try the meat with each of the sides in different combinations – it is amazing how different the same can taste when combined with different things. eating is so good. that is said, do not take it personally if the personal is rude to them. they threw the scary to my friend and I still evaluate him 5 stars, eager to come back
Best Korean food I've had in the states! There can often be a wait in the evenings (you will need to stand outside and wait your turn), but the food makes it completely worth it, in my opinion. I would eat their japchae every single day if I could. It's cramped inside and you WILL smell like Korean food upon leaving, but I think that's part of the fun. Bring your own drinks if you want something outside of water. Limited English speaking staff, but they know what they are doing and it shouldn't be a problem!
This place gets two thumbs up from my entire family. The side dishes, there’s usually 6 to 8 of them . Or distinctively tasteful. Some Korean restaurants they all taste the same but not here. Every side dish has its own unique flavor profile. The ability to cook at your table is wonderful, but if you don’t want to walk with spelling of barbecue, let them take care of it in the kitchen and the ribs come out so delicious. We always get the utterly clean tasting (not greasy) bone broth, sullung tang, milky rich with nutrients from being boiled for hours, which they serve with the tenderest slices of meat, clear vermicelli noodles, and freshly chopped green onions (you add the salt to taste). Then there’s the amazing cold noodle soup — which, in the middle of this summer heat, is heaven — the broth is amazingly full, and I have the traditional boiled egg half, and a slice of apple — you had a couple of splashes of the vinegar and the yellow mustard and the broth flavor comes alive… it is irresistible and very common to see if you will just pick up the whole bowl and start slurping. Everyone at my table did. Just go. You won’t regret it.
Best Korean food in the town. It’s a busy restaurant so you need to have patience, but the food is worth it. I love the 열무김치.Food: 5/5
