Mastro's Steakhouse Chicago

Our server was horrible! Her name was GG. She was very rude and ignorant.

It was like having dinner at our dining room table. Noise level was great , even with the pianist/singer (who was fantastic by the way). There was never any rush, we didn’t have to ask for a thing the service was outstanding. The shrimp appetizer was amazing…as were the rest of the dinner selections we made. Will be back!

We had an awful girls dinner at mastros. It took 50 minutes for the server to even come take our drink order. She was MIA all night. Every single time we wanted to order something else we had to send someone looking for her. It wasn’t even busy. Turns out 18%gratuity was included in our (very expensive) bill which may have been why our server couldn’t have cared less. The food was ok at best. Sadly, won’t be going back.

Thank you for the wonderful time at the restaurant. We really enjoyed the food and the waiter, Omar. That was our 2nd visit, we will definitely be back again.

Awesome experience and the seafood tower is something people have to try out!
