Qdoba Mexican Eats - Chicago

Hi I order 3 quesadillas today and I want some sauce on top of the quesadillas so she says that she can't do that so I ask for on the side then she jast give me for only 1 order and I ask for other two order so she make her face but finally she give memy sauce and after I finish my food and I buy other food for take out that time she says that she not served food next time andgo other Qdoba locations she says she make my commitment to her manager so I ask her name but she refuses to give me her nameand her manager name and when I come outside of restaurant she took my pic too I jsk saw reviews that many costumer facing badservices from same employee please Qdoba need to retrain there employees

Actually I don?t want to share but whatever happened today in this Qdoba Mexican Res. This is unbelievable . We ordered some food like quesadillas and some veggie bowls and finally when I see my quesadilla just fajitas and cheese and same things withother orders when I told the lady she told me nobody can usually get all thing that?s why she made like this no rice , beans,salsas,veggies, guac nothing not at all . That?s a lot of sheet happen today but in sort this is worst Mexican place ever I had. And she doesn?t like my baby he just 2 years old . She is very rude oh my god. I guess whatever she did that?s not enough forher when we are leaving the Qdoba she taking our pictures This is Annoying really. I strongly believe this is the worst Qdobaplace . And she is same lady . Mike put photo before on his reviews couple months ago.

The rudest manager I have ever meant In my entire life. The worst experience ever. I wish I knew her name to report her to the company. Avoid this place if you don't like dealing with rude servers. Real bad experience.

My friends and I went with big group (eight people). We were just chatting but didn?t realize that we were getting a little loud. However, the manager proceeded to rudely kick us out and refused to provide her name. I understand if we were given awarning and continued to be disrespectful but she erupted on us and demanded we leave. Horrible customer service and impatientmanager. A review has her picture up as well. My friends and I will never be coming back.

I was told by this ?manager? that I would not be provided service. She refused to give her name despite me asking for it. She refused to listen to my answer after I clearly told AND pointed out to her several times that I ONLY wanted the REGULAR drinkwith the ?Complete Your Meal? as shown here. Annoyingly she kept asking me ?regular or large? repeatedly until I lost patienceand walked out. She needs retraining on how to provide good customer service, part of which is listening, showing empathy andnot being combative.
