Rosebud Rosetta Italian - Chicago

I was excited to try rosebud rosetta italian for restaurant week, but I will not return definitiw. they did not seem to want diners to know that they participated in the restaurant week, as I had to ask for the menu. Once our server knew that we ordered from this menu, they couldn't get us out of the door faster. we were beaten under an hour. Eat well, not good. Service server did not seem to know the menu and never fully answered any of our asking. plates were deleted as we still took our last bite of each cursor. the staff came back to my chair. it was a terrible experience.

We went there before we saw a show in the city. we sat right away and ordered quite fast. we just ordered suppen and salate as we would not be able to bring left overs to show. the suppers came out quickly. After we had waited for one, our server brought us the desert menu, as she thought we were already served. we told her we haven't got our salate yet. Maybe she forgot to submit it because I saw that she went to the computer to enter the rest of the order. no big thing that's happening. another 20 or so minutes we have not been served yet or we have seen our server. we asked another server to check because at this point was 45 min since we ordered. our server came to check us, but she had a attitude that we asked another server about our order. she said the kitchen was secure what I understand could happen, but they were not so busy and again we had ordered salats. I was really disappointed, especially because I had heard so many good things.

Waiter was rude and 2 of the 3 orders were incorrect

Thur 1:15pm business lunch, seated promptly. Food service was okay. However there was a huge problem with Gnats. Continuous swatting them away was most irritating! Afterwards it was explained that the restaurant had a flood. Disappointing dining experience.

Food and cocktails were delicious (highly recommend their steaks! but the cherry on top was how friendly and attentive the staff was. LOVE this place!
