Shark's Fish Chicken - Chicago

I ordered a six piece chicken meal and my chicken was fried twice hard which I never asked for like and the fries were old and burnt. Worst service and food ever. I do not recommend anyone going there to order foodFood: 1/5

The food is always fresh and hot, my parents love it because they're not heavy with the salt. Never had any issues with them.
