Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! The manager on duty this Saturday night ran the store with wonderful efficiency! I placed a mobile order to pick up in drive thru but when I arrived, the line was understandably long. I was able to enter the lobby and was served immediately! I got my food befor the car that was originally in front of me even placed their order. I am more than impressed with how well this manager treated me and was running the shift to ensure everything was taken care of.

The women who have worked there since they put in the machines will neither dye nor serve you, very bad service, they made mistakes 3 times.

This Taco Bell has been my go-to spot for over a decade, as the years progress the food service, customer service, and overall experience has declined severely. I had family go there and get food poisoning, enough to go to the hospital and remain on a new diet ever since to avoid further complications. I’ve had multiple occasions where various staff members are beyond rude and ruin what was a good day. If you look on Yelp the reviews are far more accurate than google reviews, multiple reviews on bacterial infections, food poisoning, bad customer service and more horror stories. Basically: Eat here at your own risk

The customer service at this place is really bad. Today at 9:15pm, I came to this location by the drive thru and I can't even explain how bad I feel after having the worse experience with some rude employee. I really hope that the owner of this location is able to do something about it.

The food was not well prepared, there was not even an attempt at decent presentation and the service was awful. We ordered a Cheesy Chicken Crispanada and got a Cheesy Roll Up instead. Honest mistake, right!When we went to the drive thru window to let them know, instead of just correcting the order, they started arguing that there had been no mistake. They went as far as saying we had eaten it and wanted a free one now!That was absolutely on called for and so rude and disrespectful. I wish they would hire employees that have the vocation to work at a service company and not just the first person that fills out an application.We've lived in this area for 15 years. That USED to be a great place to have a quick bite, but not anymore.Go somewhere else for your food unless you want a side of mannerless impolitenes with you taco to ruin your day.
