Ceviche Craft - Chula Vista

Came here for Poke; then realize they don’t have the more typical Poke sauce and toppings. More of a taco/Mexican twist. Do still have tuna/salmon/shrimp/octopus so for me that’s good enough. On the other hand this is my first time having mango chunks in my Poke bowl and it’s great! Good and friendly service.Only complaint is lack of/insufficient a/c on a warm/hot’ish summer day.

Daughter had the quesadilla, hubby had the grass-fed burger, wife had the cod burger ?......our new place to eat .. the food was delicious ?.Kid-friendliness: Open dinning room...not overwhelming.

Great selection and flavors of ceviche and so many options.Vegetarian options: All can ordered vegetarian.Parking: It is very busy.

Love Ceviche Craft! The food is amazing and the ingredients are always fresh. I usually order the ceviche bowl and it never disappoints. On top of that, the service is great Jorge and Alejandro are always so friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend!

We ordered tacos and were pleasantly surprised by the depth of flavor. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back.
