Jersey Mike's Subs - Cincinnati

I used to frequent this restaurant when I worked at Kroger and was always pleased with the excellent service. Last Saturday, I decided to order a chipotle chicken cheese hot sub online since they were short-staffed. Despite the limited staff, my food was ready when I arrived for pick up and the two young ladies working there still provided me with a fresh sandwich. This location never fails to impress me. Unfortunately, I tried a different Jersey Mike's location today and had a bad experience. From now on, I will be sticking to this location in Finneytown where the food is always fresh.

The Cancro Special, featuring pepperoni, salami, roast beef, and provolone, is not listed on the menu but it is definitely the top choice at this restaurant! I always order it "Mike's Way," although I occasionally opt to skip the onions. Perhaps as Subway's reputation declines due to low quality and misleading advertising, Jersey Mike's will become even more popular. The fresh sliced meat and cheese at Jersey Mike's far surpasses Subway's stale scraps wrapped in wet wax paper.

I ordered a hot sandwich and my husband ordered a cold one, both were great. They had our order ready when they said they would. The pick-up process was easy and fast. Thank you.

I placed my order around 12:49pm for a pick up (07/26/20)today at 6pm, location 8481 Winton rd When I got there at 6:05 pm my order was not ready.

Tried calling to place a order tonight, got a recording at 730Then tired going to store at 745Was asked did I call in a order.
