Papa John's Pizza - Cincinnati

Last night, I placed an order for a pizza at this restaurant. However, my puppy had an accident inside and I got distracted, forgetting about my order. When the restaurant tried to reach me multiple times to deliver the pizza, I got flustered and blocked their number. After realizing my mistake 30 minutes later, I called the restaurant to apologize. They informed me that they had kept my pizza warm under the heaters because they recognized me as a frequent customer, and they would deliver it in 10 minutes. I was already a regular customer, but now I am a loyal customer for life and even left a positive review on Google. Thank you, guys!

I had an amazing experience from beginning to end at this restaurant. It was all thanks to the employee Bri, who gave me a great recommendation and the pizza was fantastic. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend visiting this location.

Ordered last night...the hoagies were exactly as requested, pizza was great and arrived quickly. I had a special request so spoke to them on the phone. Very friendly and courteous. The delivery came hot and delicious and she couldn't have been any nicer. Overall a phenomenal experience!!

We order from this restaurant location about every other week, and we almost always receive hot, delicious pizza delivered promptly. Even when they make a rare mistake, they always make it right by giving us a free pizza on our next order.
