Tikka Grill In Jungle Jim's

I'm not a local, but whenever work brings me to this area, I always stop by for lunch. Their gyros and gyro fries are huge, but they're just too delicious to resist! I'll definitely be back soon!

Great food, but the customer service was terrible! I ordered takeout, just like the people in front of me, and they received their food promptly. However, my order was set aside without any indication that it was for takeout. I stood right where those before me had waited. The woman who noticed my order was ready looked at me and then continued chopping tomatoes instead of acknowledging me. I stood there for about 10 minutes, unsure if my order was actually mine. When I eventually grabbed it, she didn’t say a word. It was quite frustrating.

We enjoyed the lamb gyro and onion rings for our dinner, before doing our shopping. Friendly service and the wait wasn't long. My only issue was the eat-at counter needed to be wiped down.

Ordered my kids two chicken finger meals with fries the other day when we went shopping at Jungle Jim?s. After hearing good reviews about the place we decided to give it a try and bring it home to the kids. We waited for a very long time and had to ask where our order was, and they had completely FORGOTTEN? ??. When we did finally get our order the chicken was two different kinds of burnt grilled nuggets and somewhat crispy chunks of chicken. Kids didn?t even want to touch it after they tried a few of the semi cooked crispy chunks and just ate their fries, which didn?t look very good either. I ended up cooking them something else when I got home so they wouldn?t be so hungry. I hate writing bad reviews but I was very disappointed and unimpressed with the lack of care and forgetfulness as I had high hopes and we waited so patiently. Waste of my time and money. I really wanted to go back and try another menu item when I had the time.?

Stopped here while visiting Jungle Jim's; given its location and uniqueness we decided to give it a try. The menu had lots of options and the price point was pretty good. The food was well cooked and tasted good. The service was fast and attentive. If you're needing a quick bite while shopping this is a great place to try.
