Wendy's - Cincinnati

No ice. No ketchup. No napkins. Bad attitude. I've been there 8 times. I don't mind playing $11 for lunch but give me what I paid for. The drink maching had less than half the choices. They just lost me as a customer!

Absolutely the worst Wendys in Cincinnati. Waited behind 1 car for 29 minutes while the entire staff sat and talked and goofed off the entire time. Ordered food for co- workers and myself. They mentioned there was no soda but were still charged the meal price without drinks. I also ordered a large fry and the photo I am attaching will explain that. The food was cold, the employees attitude was less than stellar. It's become normal for this location.

Drive thru didn't supply me with all the food I paid. not a big thing, but that was the second time that this place messed up. my fault not to check, but to worsen. food: 3/5

I only used the toilet room here and had almost an accident due to the workers with the same mop water to clean the kitchen area, it used in the dining room and bathroom area. very bad cleaning when it comes to this place will never go back. atmosphere: 1/5
