Mcdonald's - Cistern

I liked that they spoke in Spanish... The menu is identical to the other branches along with the flavor... a good place that opens according to the description until 12am

Very clean restaurant. Very modern. They had self serve app like machines to take your order with zero human contact. But you have the option to order with a person at the counter as well. Plenty of seating inside and spacious parking outside. I came inside to order an oreo mcflurry and a blue raspberry freeze for my husband. I ordered through the kiosk and when they called my number for my order 10 minutes later, they informed me that they were out of blue raspberry and they only had dr pepper and coke. I asked for dr pepper. They gave me my items and I walked back to my car. When I gave my husband his drink, he noticed it was only 2/3rds filled. He went back inside to get the full freezey. He waited behind an older man fighting with the employee over the taste of his coffee. When it was finally my husband's turn, he politely asked for a filled freezy and they gave him a whole new one for free. I had already finished my mcflurry by the time he came out with his 2 drinks.

Has those annoying kiosks. They missed part of the order. The very helpful people behind the counter gos it fixed right away.

We stopped to eat and use the bathroom. It was clean in the bathrooms. We ordered the food threw the moble order with no problem and we got our food fast. This is a location you can use the bathrooms, put gas, and get something to eat. It had alot of traffic but we did not mind it at all.

What do you people expect from McDonald's.1. Been here countless times for we own property close by.2. Every experience good to great.3. It gets busy because it's the midpoint between SA and HoustonThey will take care of you.
