A&w - Citrus Heights

I ordered a 4 pieces of chicken stripe flour, pommes and a soda. I have 4 pieces of normal chicken, potatoes and gravy, biscuits and soda. It was rough. The price was ridiculous. Very disappointed.

I ordered a burger, not a Mayo. I've been asked to go through the area. I understand you're all undermined. That's everyone. That's why it was a huge grief that I got an extra Mayo burger 30 minutes later, which made me late in my shift for 12$. I'm done with fast food. It is not the fault of the workers for reworking. But I work too hard to pay $12 for something I won't even eat.

No one else was the drive thru in the Restraunt. It took 20 minutes for a hamburger and chili dog. They tried to be helpfully nice staff, but a little slow to fill orders.

We have had problems with this store for a year. But are last visit just last week we were done. Employees were rude unwanted unrespectfull. Over 41 min to get 2 chicken sandwiches that were over cooked. 2 other customers walked out after waiting over 5 min. To get waited on. The best KFC TO GO TO IS THE ONE ON SUNRISE AT CURBY CLEAN RESPECTFUL NICE PLEASENT. A 6 STAR STORE. AUBURN BLVD. STORE half star if that.

Werse service w we have ever experienced. 7 min to find someone to take are order. 22 min to receive are order. The food was over cooked. 2 customers behind us walked out after waiting 5 min and no one would take there order . Employees were un helpedfull and did not care about the customers.. Will never be back. This store has Always had problems!!!
