We stopped in around 1 pm, and we thought, based on the number of people in the restaurant, that this would be closing at 3 pm or so, but it was open until 7 pm. The service was ok at the beginning and then declined. It seemed like everyone was ready to leave for the day. The food was surprisingly expensive and yet on the smaller side. The goulash was ok but the noodles were mushy. The patty melt came out and was small and not as described. At other places, fries would come or at least chips. Here fries were an additional $4. We didn't order them. For these prices and quality there are many other restaurants I would choose to visit beforehand.
Good prices, great food, and very friendly staff. It looks like a typical old dinner but the food is well above average.
The food was good but the to go order didn't have a liner .. do the grease ate through the box...
My worst experience here ever. The waitress and the cook spent most of their time talking to each other. I ordered breakfast with crisp bacon. Evidently crisp bacon is burned almost black bacon. I will NOT ne back!
It's a really nice diner with plenty of variety on its menu. Breakfast was very good, and the prices were reasonable and affordable. I probably won't get back to Auburn very often, but I will be looking up the Nori's located in Saginaw.
