My wife and I recently visited the Hilton London Metropole on Edgware Road in London, and we chose to dine at the hotel's Fiamma restaurant. The restaurant has a modern and stylish vibe with bright, contemporary decor and darker tones. The tables are nicely spaced out, and there is an open kitchen where the chefs prepare the food in front of the diners. During our visit, the restaurant was bustling with activity, and the atmosphere had a lively energy.

I had the most amazing dining experience at this restaurant, especially with their Indian menu. Chef Krishna provided excellent personalized service, making our meal truly enjoyable. It's always great to visit London and have a delicious meal. The staff at this restaurant were exceptional, paying attention to every detail to ensure that all guests were happy.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was great and the service from the staff was excellent. I especially enjoyed the seafood platter, which was cooked perfectly, along with the accompanying side dishes. The drink selection was impressive and I was pleasantly surprised that dessert and drinks were included with the meal.

Excellent Hotel Restaurant. Fabulous food, service and total experience. We don't usually use hotel based restaurants, but due to circumstances we decided to risk it! What a pleasant surprise. The service with Valeria and all her staff was excellent, menu gave a variety of choice and wine was perfect selection. I had sea bass with risotto which was delicious, perfectly cooked and not tedious to work through. My husband had the best lamb cutlets ever..and he is very particular about lamb! Definitely a restaurant not to be missed.
