Leon - City of London,Westminster

I stopped by for a delicious satay chicken rice box on my way back home. The service was fast and just what I was looking for.

The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow for a small order. Half of our food stayed in a take-out bag and got cold while we waited. There was no apology for the long wait, and six other orders were taken care of before ours. The lack of customer service was evident, showing that the staff did not care about the customers. We have been to various Leon's locations, but the one at Victoria Station was the worst in terms of service.

I typically find the fries at Leon to be soggy, so I decided to try the Mac & Cheese bites instead. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that there were only five small bites in a box that cost me £4. I don't mind paying a higher price for a meal if it is well-prepared, but I was disgusted to find two hairs in my burger later on.

I have ordered Roasted Summer Veg, Grilled Aubergine. The food was hardly even warm, some of the pieces of veg even cold. Absolutely distasteful. Will never buy again

Horrendous .. worst I have ever had .. I ate ordered chicken burger and fries .. salad had grit in it .. chicken was like rubber .. fries were cold not warm cold and the air con was on full so restaurant was freezing .. honestly I left it .. disgusting
