This is a tatty little place which has remained the same for the past few decades. They have a tandoor oven and your naan and chicken is cooked to order. It takes 10 minutes just enough time to nip back to the Prince of Wales and finish your pint! Other curries also available, immediately served. For best value, have a separate portion of rice or have a naan instead. The daals are good and there is usually a veggie curry too. The popadoms and onion bhajis are standard but the pakoras below par. For me, it's the chicken in naan bread every time!
Been coming here for years to see Mr Khan. The curries are amazing especially mince and potato. But even better is the keema naan. Best £3 you can spend on food in London. Made in front of you. Don’t be put off by the sparse looking interior. The food is the best Pakistani food I’ve had in London.
We were looking for a place to eat dinner near our hotel, and my husband found this place on Yelp. Thanks to a Yelp review, we decided to check this place out. The best home cooked food while you are travelling! This is a small place with bar type and about 2 other tables to sit at. It is a family run business and the family is great! You have to go up, read the board and order what you like. The serving portions are great, any of the Naans and Paratha's are made hot and ready to eat, as is the Tandoori chicken. Very reasonable prices and a delicious meal after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The food and the prices were so good that we ate at this place all three nights that we were in London.
I ordered chicken Biryani and I got the rice with one small piece in it. Also for such biryani I had to wait for 15 mins. Guys working there is slow and food quality is not that great. Really Poor
