Not sure if the filet was actually a true filet Mignon or some other cut of meat but the quality was awful. It was tough and chewy, although, it was cooked at a medium rare temperature. The Bearnaise was more of a cold butter and the twice baked potato was subpar with very little toppings. We paid well over $100 and I didn’t even eat my steak.
If you offer a gluten-free menu, you should double check what you're serving is actually gluten-free. Thanks to the carelessness of your staff, I will be having difficulty breathing for the next 3 days. Dietary restrictions: MAKE SURE THEY DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOUR GLUTEN FREE ITEMS ARE ACTUALLY GLUTEN FREE
Went in for dinner. I had the smoked bacon cheddar burger plus side order of Cole slaw, my wife had fish and chips. I ordered the burger cooked medium, it came out rare, and greasy. Couldn't pick it up, one bite and my fingers were covered with cheese and grease. Both our french fries were small pieces and most over cooked. The real surprised came from the check. No where does it say if you use a credit or debit card you will be charged a 3% charge until you get your final bill. 3% isn't a lot, it's the surprise. I and my wife probably won't go back, not because of the 3%, but because the meal wasn't worth the cost.
Friday night, service was attentive. Specials sheet inside the book was for Thursday, not Friday. Happy Hour exists, but nobody employed knew what the details were. In general, the wait staff was not trained well. Sounds like a management issue. Harvest salad is good, wings were good, local musical talent was super.
Really attentive waitress and the food was great. 10/10 will
