McDonald's - Clarence-Rockland

Just wanted to give recognition to the staff at this location Pleasant, smiles and friendly all around.

Today, I received poor service when I asked for a full drink and only received one that was 70% filled. I hope the person who was rude to me is able to have a better day. I understand that working in the service industry can be difficult, but that is not an excuse for treating customers poorly. I ended up having to pay for another drink, which was not acceptable. I remained polite and thanked them in hopes of improving the situation, but there is only so much one can do.

As a customer, I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. The fries were lukewarm, the burgers were all stuck together and missing the toppings that were supposed to be on them. I specifically requested for ketchup and sauces on the side, for which I paid extra, but they were missing as well. This has happened before and it is completely unacceptable.

The curly-haired, short white guy at the restaurant was incredibly attentive. I would love to see him again and find out his name so he can receive the recognition he deserves.

Lazy and sloppy employees, regularly disappointed by their service. this location is often closed online during the booked business hours. asked to add an article to my order in the window (hühner nuggets, who are already made and can easily be thrown into a box) and was said that the journey back through the wut go because they were too busy, apparently too busy to put a sandwich right together.
