Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Every time I have gone here they have gotten my order wrong. The staff was not friendly but the manager on duty made sure my order was right. It took over 40 in drive thru. For the price you pay and the service it is not worth it. I have not gone back

Great ice cream one of the few places that have no sugar added ice cream.

They were playing loud music outside that had all sorts of bad words. Inappropriate for a business to do such things, especially with children around.

Will not visit this place ever again. Used the drive thru. Noticed the cashier took a very long time returning my card, then found an unauthorized charge on my card the same night. Very dishonest people working here.

We are regulars. Placed order online. Finally got to window and they forgot the milkshake. I walk up to counter and the girl was spooning ice cream into her mouth at the window when I tried to speak to her. The now melted milkshake was made wrong, sitting behind the counter. They added whip Cream but said “don’t add the malt it will be just fine they will take it”. I am horrified how rude and careless they have become.
