Clear Lake Cottages Marina - Clearlake

This place is absolutely gorgeous. It is by far the nicest place in the area just based on the drive in. And unbelievably affordable for the view. The only downside I feel was the swamp cooler in the rooms and the smell, also if you get a separate bedroom there’s no air conditioning or cooler for that so prepare to sleep with the door open. We felt like there was a musty, weird lake smell that came through the cooler and honestly we bought an air freshener for the room but I don’t think it would defer me from coming back. We brought our 3 year old and our 4 month old and felt completely accommodated for them. It’s absolutely worth every penny and the staff was amazing during check in. We would book here again in a heartbeat.

Clean and pretty property with a nice view of the lake . We stayed in Cottage #15 , looks updated , very clean and bed was comfortable. I appreciated that they turned on the AC prior to our arrival since it was a hot day . The cottage included more amenities than I expected. The manager Bob communicated via text email on check in check out instructions. The no contact /lockbox was easy convenient. A great place to stay if you’re in the Clearlake area !

Great place, the staff are really friendly and I love the views of Mt Konocti and the salt Water pool...Close to town for shopping and Austin Park which they have concerts during summer time...I love property cleaniness and landscaping....Rooms: 5/5

Extremely clean cabin and property. Great interaction with Bob and Nakita in booking and extending our stay through Christmas. We are looking forward to coming back again and I will bring the kayaks. I liked the no contact check in once I understood the process. The lake is right there, the property is very well maintained. Washers, dryers, BBQ 's, ice and good parking. We felt very secure and welcome. It was a very relaxing and pleasurable mini vacation.

The management has the worse attitude I have ever seen. They only seemed to care about the money and not service. I will never stay there and will let everyone know.Rooms: 1/5
