The garlic parmesan loaded fries had a tad too much garlic, but overall they were delicious.

This restaurant needs to shut down. They couldn't even get a simple order correct - half of my items were missing. I didn't receive the new Tangled BBQ Swiss Burger or Fry-Seasoned Monsterella Stix. The large Famous Seasoned Fries they sent were actually a small size.

Whole order messed up, wrong item, missing items, drinks weren’t even right. Did a plain burger with ketchup meat and cheese and they threw on all the toppings. Half the order missing and all of it wrong. Would rate less stars if possible.

I paid extra for the large size and received a portion of fries that was smaller than expected.

Update: this location must be closed or the workers must be replaced by more competent and personnel who are good in customer service. 2 chicken sandwiches burned to a cripple and dryer than bark with literally no meat, so there was only soda water. this along with the other amount of problems I have listed with this location below and not. the company has to be in this place and the indecent lazy no nurses and management that is really unacceptable! I have my Doodash order with it. the workers or the management could obviously not be disturbed that my door lock driver calls me, they tell me that the grill does not work and offer to replace the burger they could not do with anything else? laziness, stupidity and no care about customers
