Island Style - Cleveland

I wish I had of read these reviews before I went there. The food was not good st all. If I didn't know what Jamaican food is supposed to taste like. I would never want it again. The curry was way to spicy and I like spicy food but it was to spicy to enjoy. The cabbage looked like it had just been torn up buy some kid then it had no good flavor. The plantain was good and the oxtail where boney and they cost to much to just be getting mostly bones. Now the ladies attitude in there was not good I agree with the previous post she was very slow with service she was still adding food to the warming area there fore she was not ready to serve customers. Then she came off as if she did not want to be bothered. I wasted my money regretfully. Don't waste yours.

The food always been excellent since the 90's till now 2020 and still counting!!!

Mostly always out of the stewed chicken. I got the fish for the first. Over priced, over cooked never again will I order the fish. Need a refund.

The food was almost inedible. I ordered the oxtails and the meat seemed old and was hard. The cabbage... Parts of it was cooked and other parts weren't. And the rice was so hard I hurt my back tooth chomping on it. I usually can tolerate her busted attitude when the food is good but now not so much.

Best Jamaican food in Cleveland. Been going here for a couple years and the food never disappoints. All they need is consistent hours.
