Subway - Clever

Arrived 11:30. Ordered new mini sandwich. Guess what...they didn't have any of the buns cooked. Waited 10 minutes for them to bake the bread??. 20 minutes after ordering we got our meals. Not impressed. Staff said they are a very low volume store. Duh. May be why you are low volume.

Went in with my Mom got 2 sandwiches one each there were 2 employees helping us and somehow got home and my 6? roasted chicken had no chicken! Very displeased.

Normally when we order they do a great job. However not so much tonight. I called in our order. My pizza didn't have the veggies on it, the teriyaki chicken had maybe 3 pieces of chicken. Just not happy with the service tonight?

Order off the app, my sandwich was missing lettuce and sauce. My husbands sandwich was missing bacon, lettuce, ranch, salt and pepper... the time before that, they put lettuce that was soggy and brown on my sandwich, I had to scrape my whole sandwichoff when I got home. Great customer service though.

Of all the Subways, I believe this one is as good as it gets. Love the tea dispenser! Always fresh tea, Staff is friendly and accommodating and food is always good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
