Mezcal 2 Mexican And Grill - Clinton

Came here on a work trip. They had immediate seats for us, but I warn them, they had us in their hands. I was so worried I couldn't even eat. when I was alone.

The staff was efficient and nice. came here at our adm-haul. we saw it three times, so we had to stop. it had enough space for half on the huge parking lot.

Such good food!! I moved here in April of 2021 from southern California and this is the only place in town with Mexican food that compares to what I could get back home. Don't get me wrong there are other Mexican restaurants around Clinton that have good food, but this is by far the most authentic. The staff is always really cool as well, and service is fast.

Don't honor their gift cards when card clearly states Can be used in Clinton and was purchased in Clinton! Nope, have to take it to DeWitt. I guess the businesses split since Christmas. Well I ate here not there because it was purchased here soooo...I guess I'll use my credit card. Surprise! Extra fees charged for credit card use. Great... we won't be back. We still tipped the server. She was great. It's not her fault the owner would lose money if I honored this ...yes, that was his exact words. My jaw hit the floor. I'm beyond shocked and disappointed because the food was good. I just don't feel right supporting a business with that kind of customer service from the owner especially. We just won't be back.

Changed my opinions on Mexican food, absolutely amazing work guys.
