Contribuisci feedbackOrder late and wrong. Waited 15 minutes for corrected pizza. Then all the other food was cold because they had no where to keep it warm. Used Slice to order and pre-tipped to be kind. Regretted it.
The restaurant should respect their operating hours! They advertise as open from 11am to 9pm, but when I arrived at 1pm today, there was no one there and no explanation on the door for their absence. I will not return as this is extremely unprofessional. There are plenty of other options for pizza in town. This is not how a business should be run!
The food is consistently cold and our orders have been messed up three times. The restaurant used to be great when the original owner was in charge, but since they left, the quality has declined. They also don't have everything listed on the menu.
I frequently order from Ferrara’s and am always satisfied with their service. Last night, they went above and beyond with their customer service, which I truly appreciated. I placed a to-go order on my way home from Asheville, but got stuck in traffic due to an accident on I-40. I called them and they assured me they would hold my order. After 30 more minutes passed, they called to check on me and confirmed they would wait for me (even though it was close to closing time). When I finally arrived, I was warmly greeted with understanding for the situation and given a 20% discount and extra sauce since I would have to reheat my meal. Despite the delay, the food still tasted amazing and I left knowing that they truly care about their customers. Thank you! I will definitely be back soon.
We just moved to Clyde and stopped in to Ferrara Pizza and Pasta. We were very pleased to find such a great place so close. Food and service is excellent along with generous wine pours. The owner introduced himself to us and came out of the kitchen regularly to check up on our food and service. We will absolutely be regulars.
