As stated the menu is limited as are the hours of operation, but it is a perfect destination or stop in the Valley<br/ to gaze out on the vinyard on a sunny or rainy day.<br/ The prawn cakes are my personal favorite and though the menu does change, chef Ruth states that the popular demand make these a staple.<br/ Prawn cakes have whole prawns with a crunchy breading topped with salsa, flavorful soups, and crisp glass of wine and cool jazz playing quietly in the background perfection
The Freshest Food in an Enchanting Place.. What a great place. The bean soup was so fresh and very tasty, served with 2 small chive biscuits. The kitchen has windows where you can observe the chefs working. The kitchen was very spotless. We watched the chef come back from the garden with fresh lettuce and herbs for the salads. Doesn't get any better than that. There is wine tasting on the premises. The lunch menu is limited, which I find to be a good thing.
Lovely establishment nestled on the hill in the vineyard. The kitchen was clean the hosts were more than lovely. The atmosphere in the seating area was very comfortable as well. If I ever have the opportunity to return to this location I absolutely will.
John was a very happy and pleasant host. Great wine, relaxing atmosphere!!!
