Dunkin' - Cockeysville

I liked the old location better. New location is over crowded with long lines this is the 2nd time my order has been wrong. The old location never got my order wrong.

The food is ok. The service was desired, and the atmosphere was dated and small. This Dunkin needs an update.

My order has been wrong the last 2 times. They didn't have want I wanted so they decided to substitute without informing me. Also I was charged for a donut but they didn't have it.

In brief, the people running this particular franchise reminds me of the Chinese adage : "Man without smiling face should not open shop. "Definitely not visiting this particular location anytime soon.Best Regards from The Bad Doctor.

This place has always been warm and inviting except today.The new “manager” as he claims to be says he can’t let kids taste samples of icecream because of Covid. Didn’t have any problems till about a month ago but suddenly now Covid prevents sampling!! Ofcourse some rules have zero logic behind them Covid would only matter if they were using the same spoon otherwise why would it matter!!!Talk about cutting corners.The “manager” is lucky he has had some really great staff for so many years.
