Rosa’s Ruben’s - Cody

While driving out of Cody, we stumbled upon a food truck in a gravel parking lot, and I'm so glad we stopped. It was noon, so there was a bit of a wait, but the stunning views made it enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, and I wish I lived closer so I could eat there more often. I tried the chicken cups with green sauce, and my husband had the burrito. Keep up the amazing work!

We arrived to find eager diners in their cars, waiting to be called for dinner. When we inquired about the wait, they assured us it was worth it—and they were absolutely right. Two of us ordered the nachos and the other two got the super burritos. These delicious dishes were flavorful and satisfying until the very last bite. Don’t wait too late to go; they’re open until 8:00 PM each night.

The tacos were among the best I've ever had, and the al pastor was fantastic! To top it all off, we enjoyed a lovely conversation with the owners, who are incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Rosa's Ruben have an amazing food! The tacos are a must, but you cannot go wrong with nothing on the menu.
