The food and wine were decent, but the highlight was the live music performance, which added a nice touch to the atmosphere.

The food and service were exceptional, and there is live music downstairs for diners to enjoy.

Nick was our waiter and he was fantastic! He gave us great suggestions and was very funny and helpful.

As an owner in the customer service industry I was very disappointed in the Cellars . The host was rude and un accommodating. The bar tender was rude and not helpful w the response of pushing me off onto another location next door. My recommendation to this location would be instead of a snobby attitude about what isn't available be more helpful in demonstrating what the location does have to offer.

Went for dinner to celebrate our sons first job. Service was very slow from the beginning. But the gentleman stated he is just returning to work after three months. It sure seem like it was his first day on his own. Service from a waitress was very slow. Our total dinner time was 2 1/2 hours. There was a lot of waiting in between drink offers, food and the Bill. Apparently they are well-known for the flank steak. I had it cooked medium rare and it was over done and chewy. My son got the hamburger and he would not eat it because it Tasted like Raw hamburger. Knowing it would take too long to send back we just ate it. Saw several people leave the facility due to waiting time. Building was very cold we sat and ate with jackets.
