Just stopped in there for a cup of coffee and a doughnut. This looks like the tightest run Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever seen in my life. Every person was working on something, and working together in a way I normally don’t see a Dunkin’ Donuts. I had my coffee and donut within about two minutes of ordering, and there was a line of eight or 10 people behind me, and there were just as many in front of me when I got there. I believe somebody was working on my coffee as I was ordering it. Great Job
Great app for Order Ahead option and walk inside to pickup. Usually passes 5-10 people. Order before I leave the house, ready when I get there, extremely accurate.
I would honestly give this location 0 stars if I could. So I used to get food from this location a few times a week, but lately its only been once or twice a week. I use the ap to order, which is convenient, unless you send someone else to get your food because it is a 50/50 chance they will give them all of your order. Yet the stickers on all the bags or drinks say how many items are in the order and how many are drinks. Yet they still can not get it right. Then you have to argue to get refunded, because some workers say they can't refund you.
Service at this location is hit or miss, but generally not great as in very slow. At least they generally look like they are trying (unlike at other dunks). It was a Sat morning, 9 am there were 10 cars ahead of me and line was not moving. I left to go to Brown Ave and that ended up being a disaster. No more dunks for me. I don't know if they can't get good help or if the company understaffs to save money, but I'm not going to deal with it anymore. I'm deleting the app to. It's just not worth the aggravation.
