The daughter was sick for hours after she had eaten here. that was a second chance. will never go back. that was cold. go bark likerd texture and soggy. noodles were dry. pork was only broken. complicated and rough.
Eating is at best mediocre. we have Chinese restaurants in the city, all in the round the same item on a common COLD smog. the selection is very limited repetitiw, the only reason why people go is most likely for the smorg. get you a fantasy. do something to distinguish this restaurant from the amount. menschen on a time limited lunch the smorg need not mins ready for advertised opening times. after opening. the owners are very nicely recently bought the restaurant, but have done little to put it apart. that said no one of the Chinese places in the city has something to escape in my opinion.
I have dined at this restaurant twice, once with colleagues where we chose from the menu, and once alone where I opted for the buffet. The food from the menu was exceptional, while the buffet was not bad. Some of the buffet items were delicious, but others had been sitting out for too long and were dried out. The atmosphere was also busier during my solo visit. I recommend ordering from the menu, particularly the chow mein.
This location has changed hands a few times over the years. The indoor decor is underwhelming, with little on the walls, very old style cutlery and tables and chairs that need some loving care. My family and I were together for a major family event...and tried the smorgasborg. The menus were photocopied sheets of paper in plastic covers. The selection of Chines cuisine was western in that the standard items chicken balls, won ton soup, ginger beef, pork, rice as well as other standards were available. I can't say anything was really of note. The smorg menu items were barely warm at best, as more heat is needed in my opinion. Deserts were minimal with jello being a main focus. A barb is available. The expectation is that people will use the smorg table selections and not order off of the menu. The idea that everyone is there to eat a ton of food seems present. The take out business was busy, and the restaraunt moderately so. The price per plate is fine and certainly you could eat all you could want.Would I go again? Not for a while I'd look for other choices
