Customer service was good. kasse was pleasant. she didn't rush us, gave us time to order. the prices were very high compared to other places. I ordered a korean bbq burger- no taste at all. I waited for the bang in my mouth. I had to add ranch. Mom ordered a fishmeal grouper or flounder. fish looked thin, but she said she liked it. friends were good. peach punsch was good. I'll come back and try something else.

Wings were the size they should be. Much larger than many wing spots near Old Nat. I had a 10-part combination, half-divided wing. I had only the problem that the pommes are cut super thick and not crispy enough to be cooked. The staff were nice and professional service was Qick.

Horrible customer service! I will never order from this location again. I placed an order online which defaults to door dash and was given the wrong order. When I called the restaurant to tell them they accidentally got 2 orders mixed up the young, unprofessional girl answers the phone and tells me she can?t do anything and lies saying a ?coworker showed me the food? which was a lie. They refused to remake my order and refused to give me a refund for the food I ordered and never received. She also claimed she was asking a manager what to do but refused to put the manager on the phone like I requested. A call was made to corporate!

Eat at least once a week here. Change up sometimes. Philly didn't have my extra cheese nor grilled onions that was ordered additional. The onion rings tasted as if they were pre-cooked and held under a heat light. Soft. The fries was not cooked COMPLETELY. Undone, soft, and soggy. Employee had a nasty attitude and 0% customer service.
