Dbq Barbecue Catering - College Station

Had DBQ cater to my wedding and so happy we did! The communication was great and it was a breeze working with him! The food was absolutely amazing, the brisket was the best we have had! Highly recommended!!

One word: BARBACADO. What is a BARBACADO you asked? A smoked avacado stuffed with DBQ barbecue. OMG! And Banana Pudding made the right way, which means the pudding is VANILLA and he adds the banana and Nilla wafers. Go tomorrow!

Went there last Saturday and it was okay. I understand it's summer in the students are away but this community is big enough to accommodate afull time food truck park. Yet, on a crowded Saturday night 3 food trucks parked there were not open and one was not even there that was advertised as being there. Food wasn't spectacular but it's a great venue and could be good.

Meh...only 3 trucks were open when we went Friday at 12:30pm. The prices were really high. The Thai truck was delicious, but I'll just go to the restaurant as it is closer and parking is easier. I'm sure it does well on the weekend nights but I most likely won't be back

It was ok BBQ! I asked for no fat and still got half fat in my brisket! Definitely needs some BBQ sauce it was so dry! I ended up dipping it in my sons green hot sauce for the taco truck! Which helped it go down by giving it flavor!!! Won't eat there again!
